CGS converted a former Goose Island warehouse into a new headquarters for Elite Staffing, a multi-generation, family-owned, Chicago-based employment services agency. The team worked closely with the client to design a space to reflect the ethos of Elite Staffing, and celebrate the company’s past while creating a collaborative, engaging, transformative space for the company’s future. Thoughtful new architectural elements complement the structure and history of the warehouse space, and promote transparency, maximize daylight, and highlight the 35-foot-high ceiling. The minimal design approach reduces obstructions between teams while fostering connection and spontaneous collaboration.
