Description:
Equity Residential is a property management company in Chicago. Their core values & mission are showcased in several immersive installations throughout their newly designed offices.

Over 40 artists & fabricators contributed to the installations and we were honored to be a part of the project.

With sustainability being one of Equity’s core values, Icon Modern assisted in providing several live edge maple slabs for a branded feature wall, as well as, our hot rolled steel trellis for a biophilic plant wall installation. Hot rolled steel arches & shelving contribute to the branded environment in one of the amenity spaces.

This was such a fun project to work on with both Partners by Design and Spark Chicago!
