About the project

About the project:
Originally designed by Chicago architect Bertrand Goldberg in 1986, River City’s iconic, serpentine-shaped towers line the Chicago River. In 2019, the building went through a revitalization in both its residential apartments & amenity spaces. ⁠⠀

Partnering with Range Design, we helped bring nature indoors with over 4,000 ash wood slats & 115 moss panels and a laser-cut branded sign in the entryway. Ash hardwood was applied to the extraordinary spiral staircase & elevated platform lounge.
